Walmart pharmacy

This home of 5000 sq ft is too expensive for it not to be 100% finished, with only two living area an atice and much more, garage and basement and better clearing of property for more acreage around the house and backyard areas, just a total rip off for the person or people who purchase this unfinished property.

I love this home. How much is it. Can anybody give an estimate on how much it would cost to build it in Tampa Florida.

Watching from Denver, Colorado. We love a home surrounded by mature trees. I’d have a bigger fear about the downhill water. Seems like it’ll need some retaining walls. Will look beautiful. Gorgeous house.

If not, then why are you talking like that? - like you’re trying to excite and impress a 10 year old child who has learning disabilities! Such a weird way to show a guy doing something as mundane as concreting a floor by making out it’s something special that requires impressive and magnificent tools.. not everyone who is unfortunate enough to come across your short is an idiot, so no need to talk that way.. and naming the tools like they are special and unknown to everyone - doesn’t impress or entertain anyone, the whole short is very weird and enough to make anyone cringe from start to end! 🥴

What’s the price ?

The first two and a half minutes tells me all I needed to know. HOA and septic uphill. Hard pass. I will say, however, this is a great house, but the specific design by the owners was a big mistake. Leaving so much of it unfinished for “later projects” is a HUGE mistake.

The closets in the master are too small with the doors too close together. The doors should open into the bedroom or bath. The discount store closet shelves don't meet the standards of the rest of the house. Those closets are a deal killer for the lady of the house. All the unfinished, not insulated rooms don't make the house buyer ready. The backyard is too small. The driveway and lack of vegetation around the driveway appear like a heavy rain would cause erosion and water to collect in the garages. It's a nice lot, but the hillside is quite a challenge for the wet season. This house will likely go unsold unless the lot problems are fixed.

I love it. Do you guy's build any where? . I would love to have this one!!!

Oh no way ... owned a home surrounded by large trees ... maintenance nightmare and scary as hell during windy storms ... never never again

Show me the house looks like it was made backwards on the land The house is pushed all the way back up against the trees. If it was switched around maybe it would look better.
